Obituary	MRS. CLARENCE ABBOTT Mrs. Clarence (Hattie Edna) Abbott, 80, died Oct. 17 at a Dover-Foxcroft nursing home following a long illness. She was born in Greenville, Nov. 2, 189l, the daughter of William 0. and Laura M. (Smith) Hi1ton. She was educated in Greenville schools, was a member of Pleasant Lake Grange, Stetson, where she had held several offices, and for years was active in the Ladies Aid of the Stetson Union Church, which she served as president. She is survived by her husband, Clarence Abbott Sr., who is in a Dover-Foxcroft nursing home; a son, Clarence Abbott, Jr., Dexter; two sisters, Mrs. Della Prescott and Mrs. Florence Brawn, both of Dexter and a granddaughter. Funeral services will be held at the Crosby-Neal Funeral Home, Corinna, Thursday at 2 p.m. Burial will be in the Clark Hill Cemetery, Stetson.
