Obituary	FREEMAN L. EASLER Freeman L. Easler, 86, died Sunday afternoon at a Dover-Foxcroft nursing home after a long illness. He was born in Washburn, Nov. 19, 1885, the son of George and Hattie Greenleaf Easler. He attended schools in Washburn where he resided until 1920 when he moved to Dexter, continuing to engage in farming. He was a 50-year member of the South Sangerville Grange and the Seventh Day Adventist Church in Dexter. Surviving are a daughter, Mrs. Floyd (Doris) Lambert of Sangerville; a son, Elmer Easler of Dexter; three sisters, Mrs. Violet Flewelling of Cornville, Mrs. Fay Currier of South Lancaster, Mass., and Mrs. Susie Kronk of Wiscasset; two brothers, Lawrence Easler of Canaan and Leon Easler of Guilford; seven grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren; several nieces nephews and cousins. Funeral services were held Wednesday at the Crosby-Neal Funeral Home, Dexter, with pastors Frederick Schmid and John Williams officiating.
