Obituary
RAYMOND T. CLUKEY Raymond T. Clukey, 48, died at the Dexter hospital Sunday afternoon following a long illness. He was born in Dexter, Mar. 9, 1923, the son of Thomas L. and Mildred Ganeau Clukey. Mr. Clukey was a member of St. Anne's Catholic Church, Dexter, and had been employed at the Crown-Alexander Woolen Mill, Dexter, for many years. Prior to his failing health he was self-employed in woods work. Survivors include his widow, Mrs. Florence (Flossie) Frautten Clukey of Dexter; two daughters, Mrs. Douglas (Joan) Clukey of Enfield, Conn., and Mrs. Roger (Carmen) Nelson of Dexter; two sons, Robert Clukey of Dexter and Russell Clukey of Hampden; seven sisters; Mrs. Louis (Veronica) Champeon of Greenville; Mrs. Christopher (Evangeline) Pullyard of Sangerville, Mrs. Frank (Regina) Webb of Pittsfield, Mrs. Richard (Dorilda) Worster, Mrs. Donald (Shirley) Worster, both of Corinna, Mrs. Kenneth (Gloria) Cross of Dexter and Mrs. Paul (Barbara) Cook of Guilford; five brothers, Vincent Clukey of Pittsfield; Gerald Clukey of Guilford; Eugene Clukey of England; David Clukey of Corinna; and Carroll Clukey of Cambridge; three grandchildren; several nieces and nephews. Funeral services were held Tuesday, from St. Anne's Catholic Church, Dexter. Rosary was recited at 7 p. m. Monday at the Crosby Funeral Home. Burial was in Mt. Pleasant Cemetery.
