Obituary	JAMES J. HOWELL James J. Howell, 85, died Sunday morning at the local hospital after a long illness. He was born in Moncton, N.B., Canada, june 21, 1886, the son of John and Joanna Stuard Howell. He moved with his family to Sangerville when he was ten years old. He was engaged in farming in the Sangerville area until 20 years ago, when he moved to Dexter. He was a member of South Sangerville Grange. Surviving are his widow, Mrs. Annie Clukey Howell of Dexter; one brother, Isaac Howell of Brewer; one sister, Mrs. Lucy Thompson of Burbank, Calif.; two sons, Lawrence Howell of Derby and Wilson Howell of Sangerville; one daughter, Mrs. Caxton (Marjorie) Pratt of Burbank, Calif. Funeral services were held Tuesday at the Crosby Funeral Home, Dexter.
