LESLIE C. JOHNSON Leslie C. Johnson, 59, died July 6 at his home in Lincoln. He was born at Dexter, Feb. 18, 1912, the son of Herbert L. and Edna (Long) Johnson. Johnson worked for the Lincoln Pulp and Paper Co., and owned and operated a florist business there for 25 years. He was a member of the Lincoln IOOF, and the Masonic Lodge and Chapter. Surviving are his widow, Mrs. Gladys (Clifford) Johnson of Lincoln,; two sons, Vaughn of San Bernardino, Calif., and David of Billerica, Mass.; a daughter, Mrs. Roger (Sheila) Leighton, Lincoln; his stepmother, Mrs. Helen Johnson of Dexter; one sister, Mrs. Ona Clemonts of Parkman; a step brother, Paul Johnson of Dexter, three step sisters, Mrs. Lucille Burdin, Cambridge, Mrs. Dorothy Perkins, Southington, Conn., and Mrs. Selma Dow, Granby, Mass.; several grandchildren. Funeral services were held Friday in the Barton Funeral Home, Lincoln, with the Rev. Edward Bristow officiating. Burial was in the Lincoln Cemetery. Masonic memorial services were held Thursday evening at the Funeral home.
