ELSIE H. SHARPE Mrs. Elsie H. Sharpe, 82, widow of Gordon M. Sharpe, died June 24 at a Waterville convalescent home following a long illness. She was born at Dexter Feb. 10, 1889, the daughter of Walter E. and Jennie (Tait) Hill. She had lived in Dexter all her life. She was dietician at Wassookeag School for several years. She was a 50-year member of Wassookeag, Chapter OES, a 50-year member if Martha Washington Rebekah Lodge, a member of the First Universalist Church and the Ladies Aid of that church. Survivors include a son, James of Cedar Rapids, Iowa; two daughters, Mrs. Robert (Bernice) Richman of Avon, Conn., and Mrs. Margaret Dyer of Dexter; a step-daughter, Mrs. Frederick Mills (Phylis) of Guilford; one sister Miss Estelle Hill of Dexter; seven grandchildren; two greatgrandchildren; several nieces and nephews. Funeral Services were held Sunday at the First Universalist Church, the Rev. Robert W. Ster- Bearers were Paul Chabot, Paul Johnson, Hector Hebert, Dexter; and Frederick Mills of Guilford. ling officiating. Burial was in Mount Pleasant Cemetery, Dexter.
