Obituary	MRS. MINNIE STRAW Mrs. Minnie Straw, 79, died at her home in Dexter Friday afternoon after a long illness. She was born in Garland Nov. 11, 1891, the daughter of Stephen and Minnie Packard Amazeen. She attended schools there and was a member of Mt. Etna Grange in Etna. She lived in Carmel for 22 years, then lived in Gardiner for eight years before coming here 12 years ago. Surviving are her husband, Linwood E. Straw of Dexter; a foster-daughter, Mrs. Elizabeth Thompson of Gardiner; a brother, Ivory Amazeen of Garland; and several nieces, nephews and cousins. Funeral services were held Monday at the Crosby Funeral Home.
