Obituary	FLOYD C. JOHNSON Floyd C. Johnson, 49, died unexpectedly Oct. 16 at his home in North Newport. He was born in Dexter Nov. 27, 1920, the son of Forest and Fronie (Carr) Johnson. He attended Dexter schools and was a veteran of World War II. He worked at the Eastland Woolen Mill in Corinna. Surviving are his widow, Evangeline (Olsen) Johnson of North Newport; six children, Andrea, Priscilla, Roberta, Slyvia, Floyd Jr., and James, all at home; four brothers, Charles of Garland, Forest R. of Dexter, Clarence of Waldoboro, Clyde of Pittston; one sister, Mrs. Shirley Fish of Dexter. Funeral services were held Sunday at the Crosby Funeral Home, Dexter with the Rev. Philip Mather officiating. Burial was in Mount Pleasant Cemetery, Dexter.
