Obituary	COBURN COOLEY Coburn Cooley, 64, died Sept. 21 at a Dexter hospital following a short illness. He was born in Ripley Dec. 8, 1905, the son of the late John and Evelyn Lord Cooley. He resided in Dexter for the past 26 years, where he was employed in local woolen mills. He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Virginia Lampher Cooley of Dexter; one son, Rufus Cooley, of Dexter; three daughters, Mrs. Albert (Evelyn) Thompson of Nashua, N.H., Mrs. Theodore (Elizabeth) Richards of Berlin, N.H., Mrs. Dalton (Eleanor) Beatham of Dexter; one sister, Mrs. Frank (Beatrice) Thompson of Corinna; three brothers, Ernest and Charles both of Dexter and Lloyd of Washington state; seven grandchildren, several nieces and nephews and one uncle. Funeral services are being held at the Crosby Funeral Home in Dexter today (Thursday) at 2 p.m. with the Rev. Norman C. Young of the United Methodist Church officiating. Burial will be in the Ferndale Cemetery, Ripley.
