MISS MARION HENDERSON Funeral services were held Sunday at the Crosby Funeral Home, Dexter for Miss Marion M. Henderson, 68, who died last Wednesday at a Lewiston hospital. The Rev. Philip Q. Mather officiated. Burial will be in Mount Pleasant Cemetery, Dexter. She was born Dec. 31, 1901, in Quincy, Mass., the daughter of Alexander and Eliza (Hutchinson) Henderson. She spent most of her life in Dexter, where she was housekeeper for many years to the late Peter Plouff. She had been a resident of the Odd Fellows Home in Auburn. She was a member of the Martha Washington Rebekah Lodge, of which she was Past Noble Grand and a member of the Faithful Links Past Noble Grands Association. She was a Past Matron of Wassookeag Chapter, OES, and a past president of the Star Club. She was also a member of the First Baptist Church of Dexter. She is survived by two half brothers, Charles Henderson of Westbrook and Norman Henderson of Cumberland Mills; one half sister, Mrs. Catherine Clapprood of Waterville; one step sister, Mrs. Dorothy Daisey of St. Petersburg, Fla.; a sister-in-law, Mrs. Robert Henderson of Dexter; one niece and one nephew.
