Obituary	DR. HUGH M. BREWSTER Dr. Hugh M. Brewster, 78, of Port Jervis, N.Y., died Monday at his residence following a short illness. He was born at Dexter, Oct. 21, 1891, the son of Elmer and Grace (Gilman) Brewster. He was the husband of the former Rita LaFond. He practiced medicine in Port Jervis for 45 years. Dr. Brewster graduated from Dexter schools and from the University of Maine School of Pharmacy. He received his doctorate in medicine from Bowdoin College. He was a member of Penobscot Masonic Lodge of Dexter, and of the American Medical Association. Surviving are his widow; a daughter, Mrs. Willis Parks of Caboomzie, N.Y.; a son, William A. of Port Jervis, N.Y.; seven grandchildren; one niece and several cousins. Funeral services were held Wednesday at the Knight Funeral Home in Port Jervis.
