Obituary	LIONEL BAILEY Lionel A. Bailey, 42, died Sunday at his home in Dover-Foxeroft from a self - inflicted gunshot wound, according to Dr. Linus J. Stitham, state medical examiner. He was born in Dexter, May 26, 1927, the son, of Felix and Marguerite (Ambrose) Bailey. He was a veteran of World War II, and worked in Guilford woolen mills. Surviving are his mother, of Dexter; his widow, Mrs. Winnifred (Farnham) Bailey of Dover-Foxcroft; two sons, Keith T. and Robert L., both in the U.S. Navy; two daughters, Gail and Nancy, both at home; one brother, Arthur of Dexter; one sister, Miss Charlotte Bailey of Dexter. Funeral Mass was celebrated Wednesday at St. Anne's Catholic Church, Dexter, with the Rev. Stephen Mulkern officiating. Burial was in Mount Pleasant Cemetery in Dexter.
