Obituary	CHARLES J. REYNOLDS Charles Joseph Reynolds, 65, died July 8 at his home in East Newport. He was born in Arklow, Ireland, Aug. 9, 1903, the son of Myles J. and Rose-Anne (Whelan) Reynolds. He was educated in the schools in Arklow, and came to Canada in 1928, and to this area in 1930. He was married to June C. Harris on Dec. 31, 1948, and they settled in East Newport where he engaged in farming and carpentry. He was a member of the St. Agnes Catholic Church in Pittsfield. Surviving are his widow; two daughters; Mrs. Ronald (Lomond) Cooley of Dexter and Mrs. Robert (Rosalee) Orozco of Lisbon Falls; a son, James R. of Newport) five grandchildren; and one brother and seven sisters in Ireland; several cousins and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services were conducted Friday at the Farnham Funeral Home with the Rev. Fr. Marcel Chouinard officiating. Committal services were held in Riverside Cemetery, Newport. A funeral Mass was read at St. Agnes Church in Pittsfield.
