Obituary	MRS. WINNIE F. HIGGINS Mrs. Winnie F. Higgins, 74, died Tuesday at a Bargor hospital. She was the widow of Jasper Higgins. Born Jan. 20, 1897 in Summerside, Prince Edward Island, she was the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Albert Ferguson. She came to the United States and was employed at the Amos Abbott Mill in Dexter. For the last 25 years, she was employed at the Eastland Woolen Mill in Corinna. Surviving are a cousin, nephew and niece. Funeral services will be conducted at 3:30 p.m. Thursday at the Crosby Funeral Home in Dexter with the Rev. Philip Q. Mather of the First Baptist Church officiating. Burial will be in Mount Pleasant Cemetery, Dexter.
