Obituary	EMILY MARY JOHNSON Mrs. Emily Mary Johnson, 70, wife of Thomas J. Johnson, died Tuesday at the Plummer Hospital following a long illness. She was born Nov. 27, 1898, at Providence, R. I. came to Dexter in 1904 and was adopted by the late Mr. and Mrs. Thomas Higgins and lived here the rest of her life. She was a member of St. Anne's Catholic Church of Dexter. Survivors include her husband; three daughters, Mrs. Lorraine Dyer of Dexter, Mrs. Roberta Roy of East Hartford, Conn., and Mrs. Isabel Damarchi, Haverhill, Mass. 11 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren; two brothers, Edmund Higgins of Ontario, Canada and Delphis Higgins of Dexter; a sister, Sister Anita of Indian Island, Old Town; several nieces and nephews. Funeral services were held Thursday at St. Anne's Catholic Church with the Rev. Gaston Auger of Skowhegan officiating. Spring burial will be in Mt. Pleasant Cemetery in Dexter.
