Obituary	MRS. BERTHA HALL Mrs. Bertha S. Hall, 83, widow of the late Jonas Hall, died at an Augusta nursing home last Wednesday night. She was born in Stetson Feb. 15, 1884, the daughter of Ora and Annie (Tremblay) Stevens. She had been in a Vassalboro nursing home for the past two years. A resident of Dexter for many years, she had been employed in a local woolen mill and in late years she was employed at St. Dominic's Nursing Home, Dexter. She was a past noble grand of Martha Washington Rebekah Lodge of Dexter and a past president of the Ladies Auxiliary, Patriots Militant of Maine. Surviving are a daughter, Mrs. Stella Matthews of Fairfield; two sons, Donald of Dover, N. H. and Harold of Dover-Foxcroft, Maine. Funeral services were held Saturday at the Crosby Funeral Home in Dexter, with the Rev. Gordon Parlin of the Methodist Church officiating. Spring burial will be in the family lot in the Corinna Center Cemetery.
