Obituary	MABEL K. OBER News has been received here of the sudden death of Mrs. Mabel Knowles Ober, wife of Richard Ober of Wappingers Falls, N. Y. Mrs. Ober was born on the Knowles Farm at Corinna, attended grade school at the Center, and graduated from C. U. A. She was a teacher in the Dexter Schools. Besides her husband, Richard Ober of Wappingers Falls, N. Y. she leaves a son Donald in Poughkeepsie. Area relatives are Raymond Palmer, Charles Knowles, the Archie Sawtelle family, Rodney Knowles of Corinna, Robert Palmer of Newport; Betty Rich of Detroit and John Knowles of Dexter.
