Obituary	VERNON JUDKINS Vernon Judkins, 76, died Monday at a local hospital. He was born at Dover-Foxcroft, Nov. 6, 1890, the son of Croydon and Julia (Stewart) Judkins. Judkins lived most of his life in Dexter. Surviving are a step-mother, Mrs. Lillian Judkins of Dover-Foxcroft; a haIf brother, Clyde Judkins of Dover-Foxcroft; four sons, Roy E. and Virgil V., both of Connecticut, Stuart A. of New York and Melvin S. of Dover-Foxcroft; five daughters, Mrs. Winifred Fanjoy, Mrs. Margaret Cunningham, all of Dexter, Mrs. Mavis Kendrell and Mrs. Verna Cunningham, both of Connecticut; 32 grandchildren and eight great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews. Funeral services were held Wednesday in the Crosby Funeral Home with the Rev. Gordon Parlin officiating. Burial was in Mt. Pleasant Cemetery.
