Obituary	RALPH E. SAMPSON Ralph E. Sampson, 73, died Monday at a local hospital. He was born at Ripley, May 12, 1894, the son of Charles and Etta (Willard) Sampson. Sampson lived in St. Albans until 25 years ago when he moved to Dexter. He was a milk carrier for the Whiting Company until his retirement several years ago. He was a member of the I.O.O.F. here. Surviving are his wife, Mrs. Grace (Bowker) Sampson of Dexter; two sons, Ellwood of Dexter, and George of Newington,, Conn.; two daughters, Mrs. Barbara Clukey of Dexter and Mrs. Shirley Palmer of East Longmeadow, Mass.; 12 grandchildren and four great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews. Funeral services were held Wednesday in the Dexter Methodist Church with the Rev. Gordon Parlin officiating. There will be an Odd Fellows service. Burial was in the Ferndale Cemetery, Ripley.
