Obituary	HARRY BUDD AUSTIN Harry Budd Austin, 76, died Thursday evening in a Dexter hospital after a long illness. He was born Exeter, Dec. 15, 1890, the son of Fred and Ella (Smith) Austin. His wife was the former Cora Tufts, who died Sept. 17, 1966. Educated in Exeter schools he went to work in the Greenville area lumbering operations at age 16. Later he was employed in farming in Stetson and Exeter and for many years worked for the State Highway Department until retirement seven years ago. He was a member for 66 years and had been awarded life membership in Exeter Grange. He was also a member of the Episcopal Church in Exeter. Survivors include two sons, Alfred E. and Forrest B., both of Exeter; three daughters, Mrs. Guy Boober, Jr., of Lincoln, Mrs. James Byers of Greenville, Ohio, and Mrs. Ernest Percy Jr. of Exeter; one sister, Mrs. Edward Clifford of Dexter; eight grandchildren, two great-grandchildren, several nieces and nephews. Funeral services were held Sunday at the Farnham Funeral Home, Newport. Burial was in the family lot in Exeter Center Cemetery.
