Obituary	DONALD P. MOWER Donald P. Mower, 61, died in Waterbury, Conn,. after several months illness. Born Aug. 23, 1905, in Dexter, the son of the late Duane and Jessie (Roberts) Mower, he received his education in the Dexter schools. After graduating from high school he served his apprenticeship at the Fay and Scott Machine Shop. In 1937 he moved to Newport, R. I. Where he was employed at the U. S. Naval Torpedo Station until it closed in Sept. of 1946. He then moved to Waterbury, Conn. where he has been employed as a tool-maker at the Scoville Mfg. Co. He is survived by his wife, Elizabeth (Libby) Mower, a daughter, Mrs. Donald Faber and two grandsons, all of Waterbury, Conn., one sister, Mrs. Eldin, Gould of Dexter. Funeral services were held Tuesday at the Alderson Funeral Home in Waterbury with the Rev. Charles Lanham of the First Methodist Church officiating.
