Obituary	ALBERT L. DAVIS Albert L. Davis, 91, died, Saturday in a local hospital. He was born in Etna, Jan. 8, 1876, the son of Charles H. and Emma (Tainter) Davis. Davis had lived in Dexter for the past 15 years. He worked as a loom fixer for 53 years in almost all of the area's mills. From 1920 to 1950, he was employed by the American Woolen Co. in Pittsfield. About 16 years ago, he retired. Until last year he had always had a family garden. Surviving are three sons, Jacob, Moses and Seth, all of Dexter; one daughter, Louise, address unknown; a brother, Charles of Winterport; a sister Mrs. Eva Tracy of Dexter; four grandchildren; one great-grandson; several nieces and nephews. Funeral services were held Tuesday in the Crosby Funeral Home with the Rev. Russell Bailey officiating. Burial was in Mt. Pleasant Cemetery.
