Obituary	CHARLES L. MACOMBER Charles L. Macomber, 86, died at his home in Orange, Conn., on April 21. He was the husband of the late Elizabeth Snell Macomber. He was a 50-year member of Odd Fellows and Rebekah Lodges of Dexter, Masonic Lodge, Waterville and Order of Grange, Bristol, Conn. Survivors are a foster daughter, Mrs. Eiizabeth Shufelt of New Britain, Conn. a step-daughter, Mrs. Mary Snell Mullin of West Acton, Mass., step sons, Donald Snell, Schenectady, N. Y., Dr. Kenneth Snell, Lexington, Mass., Robert Snell, New Haven, Conn.. A brother Wayne Macomber, Dover-Foxcroft; and a sister Mrs. Maud Gerry, Dover-Foxcroft; several nieces nephews and grandchildren. Burial was in Mount Pleasant Cemetery Dexter. Out of town people attending the committal service were Mrs. Shurfelt and her two sons; Mrs. Charles Austin, Somerville, Mass; Mrs. Mullins, Dr. Snell, Donald Snell and Mr. and Mrs. Macomber and Joseph.
