Obituary	MRS.ETHEL BRAWN Mrs. Ethel May Brawn, 81, died Friday at the Plummer Hospital after a long illness. She was born June 19, 1885, at Ripley, the daughter of George and Mary (Jewett) Nutter. Mrs. Brawn had lived in Dexter for more than 50 years since her marriage to the late George Brawn, an RFD mail carrier. She had been active in Dexter Grange and attended the First Baptist Church. Survivors include a brother, Harold, Dexter; one sister-in-law, Mrs. Abbie Nutter of Ripley; one granddaughter, Mrs. Beatrice Violette of Dover-Foxcroft; several cousins, nieces and nephews. Funeral services were held at the Crosby Funeral Home in Dexter, Sunday, with the Rev. A. Allan Brough of Glenburn, officiating. Burial will be later this spring in Springdale Cemetery, Ripley.
