Obituary	MISS NELLIE SKILLINGS Miss Nellie Blanch Rand Skillings, 77, of 20 Maple St., Dexter, died Saturday in a Bangor hospital. She was born Aug. 6, 1889, in Ripley, the daughter of Frank and Mary (Sevey) Skillings. Miss Skillings was the secretary and treasurer for Palm Beach Stores, in Palm Beach, Fla., for 32 years. Survivors include two sisters, Mrs. Alice Russell of Watertown, Mass., and Miss Maple Percival of Milford, Conn.; a brother, Ernest L. Percival of Brewer; several nieces and nephews. Funeral services were held at her residence Sunday with the Rev. John FJ McNally Jr., of the First Universalist Church in Dexter, officiating. Burial will be in Ferndale Cemetery, Ripley.
