Obituary	MRS. CARRIE VIINING Funeral services were held Wednesday at the Crosby Funeral Home for Mrs. Carrie Belle Vining, 88, who died early Monday morning at a Hartland nursing home following a long illness. She was born at Ripley, March 14, 1787, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Charles Hanson. She was a member of the First Universalist Church of Dexter, the Sunshine Club in Dexter, and was a 50 year member of St. Albans Grange. She had worked in and around Dexter as a housekeeper for many years, the last of which was for the late U. S Sen. Owen Brewster, before her retirement. She is survived by one son, Nathaniel of St. Albans; nine grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews; two sisters-in-law, Mrs. Florence Hanson of Dexter and Mrs. Fred Hanson of Mars Hill. Funeral services were held Wednesday at the Crosby Funeral Home here, with the Reverend John F. McNally, pastor of the First Universalist Church, officiating. Burial was in the Village Cemetery in St. Albans
