Obituary	RICHARD E. GUDROE Richard E. Gudroe, 54, Saturday morning at his home following a long period of failing health. Funeral services were held Tuesday at Crosby Funeral Home, Rev. Philip Mather of the First Baptist Church officiating. Interment was in Mt. Pleasant Cemetery. He was born at Ashland May 1, 1911, son of Frank and Nellie (Estey) Gudroe. He was educated in local schools and had spent most of his life here. He was employed as a molder at Fay-Scott Machine Shop for 29 years, after which he worked in several hotels, including the Poland Spring House and Wentworth-By-the-Sea at Palm Beach, Fla. Surviving are his widow, Clarabelle Gudroe; four sons, Floyd A. and Richard Keith both of Dexter, Cecil L. of Boston and Ernest W. of Scarborough; two brothers, Leroy and Cecil, both of Hartford, Conn.; a sister, Mrs. Marion Pearl Easeler of Guilford; 11 grandchildren; nieces and nephews.
