Obituary	FRED W. CLOSSON Funeral services were held last Saturday afternoon, Nov. 13, at the Crosby Funeral Home at Dexter for Fred W. Closson, 70, veteran of World War 1, who died the previous Tuesday night at Togus Veterans' Hospital after a prolonged illness. The Rev. Philip Mather of the first Baptist Church officiated. Interment with military commital service, was in the Morse's Corner Cemetery, Corinna. He was born at Waterville, April 20, 1895, son of Isaac and Carrie (Taylor) Closson. He was a member of the Corinna American Legion Post. Survivors are his widodw; Mrs. Lilly Closson of Dexter; a son, Fred Closson., Jr., of South Lancaster, Mass., three grandchildren, a nephew and several cousins.
