Obituary	MRS. PHOEBE MURPHY A High Mass of Requiem was celebrated Tuesday morning, Nov. 9, at St. Denis Catholic Church, Fort Fairfield, for Mrs. Phoebe Murphy, 85, who died Sunday, Nov. 7, at her residence on Currier Street after a long period of failing health. The Rev. Stephen Rice officiated. Interment was in the family lot at St. Denis Cemetery. She was born at St. Hubert, Que., Oct. 13, 1880, the daughter of Joseph and Pholomen (Dion) Guay. She was a communicant of St. Denis Catholic Church. She is survived by a daughter, Mrs. Mary Bustard of Fort Fairfield with whom she lived; two sons, Ted Murphy of New Britain, Conn,, and Leo Murphy of Dexter; a brother, Xavier Guay of Grand Falls, N.B., 15 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
