Obituary	Lewis 0. Crosby Dexter friends sympathize with Mr. and Mrs. Elwin Crosby in the death of Mr. Crosbys' father, Lewis 0. Crosby of Bridgeton, who passed away in the Eastern Maine General hospital in Bangor December 7. Funeral services were in Bridgeton December 10. Elwin Crosby took his father's body to Bridgeton and remained with his mother until after the services. Mrs. Crosby, Shirley, Corinne and Alton Crosby also attended the funeral. Surviving are his wife, Mrs. Lula Crosby; two daughters, Mrs. Berniece Johnson and Mrs. Miriam Lee of Bridgeton, three sons, Spencer, of Lawrence, Mass., Elwin of Dexter and Forest of Slippery Rock, Pa.; a sister, Mrs. Annie Currier of Bangor and several grandchildren. Mr. and Mrs. Crosby lost their farm home in Bridgeton only two months before his death, when the buildings were struck by lightning.
