Obituary	C. W. COUGHLIN C. W. "Bill" Coughlin, long time resident of Washington, died Oct. 16, at his residence in Hollywood, Calif. He was born in Maine and spent his early years there, coming to Washington after completing high school in Dexter, in 1917. Upon termination of employment in 1938 as a member of the technical advisory staff to the Commissioner of Internal Revenue, he was employed by the Richfield Oil Corporation, Los Angeles, Calif., in charge of the tax department. He retired from Richfield in 1963. Interment was in Arlington National Cemetary, Oct. 21.
