Obituary	ALTON JAMES LAPOINTE Funeral services were held Tuesday for Alton James LaPointe, 31, who died Sunday morning at a Bangor hospital of injuries received in an automobile accident Saturday night. He was born August 14, 1933 at Dexter, the son of Alton L. and Treasa LaPointe. Survivors are his widow, Mrs. Mary (Cooley) LaPointe; five children (by a previous marriage) Stevie, Debra, Linda, Robin, and Alton, Jr.; a son Scott; a step-son, Kenneth; his mother, Mrs. Treasa Udall of California; two brothers, Andrew and Alfred LaPointe; two sisters, Mrs. Arline Mills and Annette; aunts, uncles and several cousins. Interment was in Mt. Pleasant Cemetery.
