Obituary	LESTER E. RICHARDS Lester Ensign Richards, 71, died suddenly at the home of a son in Spooners Mills last Thursday morning. He was born in Parkman, May 7, 1893, the son of Josiah and Bernice (Tuttle) Richards. He had spent most of his life in this area. Survivors are his widow, Mrs. Inez Richards; four sons, Omar of Middletown, Conn., Kenneth, Clifford and Elden Richards, all of Dexter; three daughters, Mrs. Beatrice Call of Dexter, Mrs. Shirley Parkman of Milo and Mrs. Mattie Higgins of Corinna; one brother, Delmont Richards and one sister, Mrs. Horace Flanders, both of Dexter; 26 grandchildren, 22 great-grandchildren, one aunt, several nieces, nephews and cousins. Funeral services were held at the Crosby Funeral Home at Dexter Saturday with the Rev. W. Ted Harmon of the Free Baptist Church officiating. Burial will be later in the spring in Mt. Pleasant Cemetery, Dexter.
