Obituary	Mrs. Raymond York Mrs. Abigail D. York, wife of Raymond York, died very suddenly at her home in Ellsworth Saturday night from an acute heart attack. Mrs. York had recently recovered from a short illness and had returned to her place of employment. She was taken ill while shopping Saturday afternoon and passed away soon after arriving home by taxi. Mrs. York was born March 13, 1899 in Ripley, the daughter of the late Walter and Annie Bean Dunlap. She attended the Dexter schools and was always a regular attendant at the local Methodist church. Twenty-one years ago she was united in marriage to Raymond York of Penobscot. They later resided in Penobscot, Orland and Ellsworth. She leaves her husband; a daughter, Mrs. Leroy Buzzell; and two sons, Clarence and Erwin of Ellsworth; a sister. Mrs. Paul Higgins of Dexter. also two grandchildren. Funeral services were held from the home Monday afternoon at two o'clock and burial was in Penobscot.
