Obituary	JOHN B. RICHARD Funeral services were held Thursday morning, May 21 at St. Anne's Catholic Church, Dexter, for John B. Richard, 71, who died suddenly Monday morning at his Lincoln street home. The Rev. Antonio Girardin of St. Agnes Catholic Church, Pittsfield, officiated. Interment was in Mt. Pleasant Cemetery, Dexter. He was born May 29, 1892 at Richibucto, Canada, son of Maurice and Madeline (Melanson) Richard. He moved to Dexter 52 years ago, and had been employed in the local woolen mills. He was a member of St. Anne's Catholic Church. Survivors are his widow Marion, two sons, Kenneth of California and Earl of Dexter; a daughter, Mrs. Arabelle Cote of Bradford, Mass., 10 grandchildren, three great-grandchildren; and a sister, Mrs. Meloine Robichaud of Canada.
