Obituary	GEORGE W. HOWELL Funeral services were held Monday afternoon, April 20, at the Dexter Methodist Church for George W. Howell, 79, husband of the late Sadie Howell, who died Friday at the Plummer Memorial hospital after a short illness. The Rev. Gordon F. ParIin officiated. Interment will be in Mt. Pleasant Cemetery, Dexter. He was born Oct. 4, 1884 at Malpeque, P.E.I., son of Thomas and Katherine (Murphy) Howell. He was a member of the Dexter Methodist Church, and a 20 year member of Dexter Grange having served as overseer, gatekeeper and steward at various times. He had been a resident of Dexter about 60 years. Survivors are two daughters, Mrs. Gladys Butters and Mrs. Winniefred McCourt, both of Dexter; four grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
