Obituary	KATHERINE F. TIBBETTS Funeral services were held in Belmont Mass. for Mrs. Katherine Scott Tibbetts (87) who died March 16 at the home of her daughter Miss Margaret C. Tibbetts following a brief illness. Born in Stillwater Minn. October 27, 1877, the daughter of Walter and Sylvia (Sturtevant) Scott she came to Dexter as a child attended Dexter schools and graduating from the high school in the Class of 1897. She was employed several years in the Abbott Memorial Library before her marriage in 1901 to Harry Emey Tibbetts of Dexter. She was a member of the First Universalist Church transferring to the Methodist Church when the family later moved to Vanceboro. She is survived by her husband, three sons, Hugh of Stetson, Roland of Great Barrington, Mass., Walter E. of York and two daughters, Mrs. Sylvia E. Dunkley, Salem Center, N. H. and Margaret C. of Belmont, Mass. Also surviving are nineteen grandchildren and ten great grandchildren. Spring burial will be in Mt. Pleasant Cemetery Dexter.
