Obituary	MRS. LEO B. GORDON Funeral services were hold Monday afternoon, March 2, at the Free Baptist Church, Dexter, for Mrs. Edith Gordon, 75, widow of Leo B. Gordon, who died Friday at the Plummer Memorial Hospital. The Rev. W. Ted Harmon officiated. Spring burial will be in Mt. Pleasant cemetery, Dexter. She was born at East Corinth, July 13, 1888, daughter of Frank and Minnie (Gould) Jaquith. A resident of Dexter for about 55 years, she and her husband operated a clothing store on Main street until his death in 1954. At one time she had a gladioli farm at Ripley and exhibited specimens at flower shows. She is survived by eight sons, Alfred B. of Hingham, Mass., Leo Ernest of Lagrange, Earl A., Wollaston, Mass., John H., Ripley, Fred B., Donald E., Frank H., David T., all of Dexter; two daughters, Mrs. Dorothy Lambert of Dexter and Mrs. Marjorie E. Welch, LasCruces, N. M., a brother, Charles Jaquiith, Lynn, Mass., 20 grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren; several cousins.
