Obituary	EVA N. PACKARD Mrs. Eva N. Packard, wife of Archie E. Packard of Lynnfield, Mass., died Wednesday night at the Plummer Hospital after a short illness. Born at Hallowell, Nov. 19, 1898, daughter of Albert and Madrilena (Powers) Grindell, she had lived the greater part of her life in Maine until in 1951, when she moved to Massachusetts. She is survived by her husband, Archie E. Packard; two sons, Albert of Stoneham, Mass., and Harold, Melrose, Mass.; two daughters, Mrs. Bessie Flagg, whom she was visiting in Dexter and Mrs. June Warren, Framingham, Mass; a brother, Irving Grindell, Dixmont; two sisters, Mrs. Christie Cartier, Monson and Mrs. Emma Packard, Garland; seven grandchildren five great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held at the Crosby Funeral Home, Dexter at 1:30 p.m. Saturday, Rev. Gordon F. Parlin of the Dexter Methodist Church officiating. Friends may call from 2-4 and 7-9 p. m. Friday. Spring burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery, Garland.
