Obituary	MISS PATSY ROSE KELTON Miss Patsy Rose Kelton, 21, of Tolland, Conn., formerly of Dexter, died at her home May 17, after a long illness. She was born in Bangor May 17, 1942, daughter of Kenneth and Frances Morey Kelton. She was a 1960 graduate of Ellington, Conn., High School. Besides her parents, she leaves a sister, Gail Marie Kelton; her paternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Ralph Kelton of Cambridge, Mass. and her maternal grandmother, Mrs. Vesta Witham of Dexter. The funeral was held at the St. Bernard church, in Rockville, Conn.
