Obituary	LELAND G. WATSON Leland G. Watson, 58, died suddenly Monday evening at Field's Garage, Spring st., Dexter, while waiting for work to be done on his car. Funeral services were held this afternoon, Thursday, at the Church of Christ, Dexter, with Ralph Smart, Evangelist, officiating. Burial was in the family lot at the Village Cemetery, Corinna. He was born at Four Falls, N. B., Feb. 7, 1905, son of Stephen and Elizabeth (Bowmaster) Watson. He attended Four Falls schools and went to Mars Hill in 1923 to Work for the Bangor and Aroostook Railroad. He was married to Ora Caron in 1933 at Blaine, and the couple came to Corinna 15 years ago. He had been employed at the Eastland Woolen Mill; was a member of the Church of Christ at Dexter, and a former Orangeman. Survivors besides his widow, are two sons, Garfield S. Watson of Manchester, Conn., and Leland L. Watson of Corinna; three daughters, Mrs. Edna Webber, Mrs. Bernice B. Nye and Miss Darlene A. Watson all of Corinna; a brother, Robert Watson of Caribou; a half-brother, Delbert Watson of Hartford, Conn., a sister, Mrs. Lona Kelley of Caribou; eight grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
