Obituary	ROY E. MARTIN Funeral services were held at the Crosby Funeral Home at Dexter Monday afternoon, March 11, for Roy Edward Martin, 72, who died early Friday morning at a Gardiner nursing home after a long illness. Spring burial will be at Mt. Pleasant Cemetery, Dexter. He was born at Dexter, May 11, 1890, son of Edward and Jennie (Bond) Martin. For many years he was engaged in farming and other business in Dexter and vicinity. Surviving are two daughters, Mrs. Henry Safford of Boothbay Harbor and Mrs. Rodney Pearl of Farmingdale; several nieces and nephews.
