Obituary	JAMES H. BUTLER Funeral services were held Wednesday, Jan. 30, at the Crosby Funeral Home at Dexter for James H. Butler, 68, who died Monday morning at the E. M. G. Hospital, Bangor, following a brief illness. The Rev. Warren F. Harmon of the First Free Baptist Church officiated. Spring burial will be in Riverside Cemetery, Newport. He was born Dec. 19, 1894 at Limestone, son of Marshall and Elizabeth (Doody) Butler. He began work at the Fay and Scott Macbine Shop 21 years ago. At the time he lived at Newport, but 10 years ago he and his wife moved to Dexter. Besides his wife, Dorothy May, of Dexter, he is survived by a step-daughter, Mrs. Carolyn Monroe of Michigan; a step-son, Joseph R. Cianchette, Jr., a brother, Warren, of Caribou; four sisters; Mrs. Leversa Bragdon of Presque Isle, Mrs. Louise Merchason of Frederickton, N. B., Mrs. Doris Sullivan of Waterville, Conn., and Mrs. Ellen Quimby of Bath; and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
