Obituary	REXFORD H. WHITMORE Funeral services were held at the Parker Memorial at Lynn, Mass., in August for Rexford H. Whitmore, 46, of Saugus, Mass., formerly of Dexter, who died at a Farmington, Me., hospital after suffering a heart attack while vacationing at Emden. Burial was in Riverside Cemetery, Saugus. He was born at Corinna, son of Mrs. Gladys (Martin) McCormick of St. Petersburg, Fla., and Harry Whitmore, formerly of Dexter. A graduate of Dexter High School, he had resided at Saugus, Mass., for the past 23 years moving there from Lynn. He was a graduate of the General Electric Apprentice Course, and had been employed as a foreman at the G. E. Company River Works for 25 years. He is survived by his widow, Mrs. Nancy (Boyce) Whitmore; a daughter, Patricia; two sons, Michael and Daniel Whitmore, all of Saugus; his mother, Mrs. McCormick of St. Petersburg, Fla., his stepfather, Charles McCormick, St. Petersburg; a brother, Philip Whitmore of Melrose, Mass., two half-brothers, Harry Whitmore, Jr., of New York City and Perry Whitmore of Johnson, Vt., two step-sisters, Mrs. Donald Cook of Pittsfield, Calif., and Mrs. George Remard of Ft. Myers, Fla., several nieces and nephews.
