Obituary	STANLEY W. WHITE, SR. Funeral services were held Tuesday afternoon, May 15, at the Crosby Funeral Home at Dexter for Stanley W. White, Sr., 55, of Garland who died Saturday at the Plummer Memorial Hospital after a long illness. The Rev. E. King Hempel of the First Universalist Church officiated. Interment was in Milo Village Cemetery. He was born at Milo, March 17, 1907, son of Richard and Annie (Jenkins) White. Survivors are his widow, Mrs. Avis (Hoskins) White of Garland; two sons, Stanley W., Jr., of Dexter and Philip E. of Exeter; three daughters, Mrs. Marian Murray, Mrs. Clara Lindsay and Mrs. Nancy Provost, all of Garland; three brothers, Robert of Dover-Foxcroft, Gordon of Garland and Richard of Biddeford; two sisters, Mrs. Norma Chadbourne of Lynn, Mass., and Mrs. Mabel Cota of Brownville Jct., his stepmother, Mrs. Lena (Pearl) White of Dover-Foxcroft; 16 grandchildren, several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
