Obituary	MISS LENA B. BURTON Funeral services were held this afternoon, Thursday, Dec. 14, at the Crosby Funeral Home at Dexter for Miss Lena Belle Burton, 73, who died at St. Dominic's Nursing Home at Dexter Monday after a long illness. The Rev. Walter B. Wakeman of the First Baptist Church officiated. The remains were entombed and burial will take place next spring at Mt. Pleasant Cemetery. She was born at Corinna, Jan. 14, 1888, daughter of Frank and Emma (Knox) Burton. She was a graduate of Dexter High School and Beal Business College, Bangor. She was a resident of Bangor for 50 years, during which time she was employed as bookkeeper at a Bangor shoe store and the Eastern Trust and Banking Company. She was a member of the Columbia Street Baptist Church, and the Philathea group of that church. Her only survivors are four cousins, Mrs. Marion Dearborn, Harold Knox and Merle Knox, all of Dexter, and Mrs. Dorothy Nelson of Pomfret, Conn.
