Obituary	MRS. FRED L. TIBBETTS Funeral services were held this morning, Wednesday, Nov. 22, at the Crosby Funeral Home at Dexter for Mrs. E. Maud Tibbetts, 82, widow of Fred L. Tibbetts, who died Sunday at the Plummer Memorial Hospital after a long illness. The Rev. Gordon F. Parlin of the Methodist Church, officiated. Interment will be at Mt. Pleasant Cemetery, Dexter. She was born at Dexter, March 11, 1879, daughter of Louis and Abbie (Phelps) Curtis. For many years after her marriage she lived at Ripley where her husband operated a dairy farm. She was a member of the Ripley Methodist Church and its Ladies' Aid, and a former member of Ripley Grange. Survivors are a son, Lawrence R. Tibbetts of Dexter; a brother, Frank L. Curtis of Bangor; two grandsons, nieces and nephews.
