Obituary	MRS. RALPH R. DAVIS Funeral services for Mrs. Vera M. Davis, wife of Ralph R. Davis, who died Monday at the E. M. G. Hospital, Bangor, after a prolonged illness were held Wednesday afternoon, Oct. 25, at the First Free Baptist Church with the Rev. Warren F. Harmon officiating. Bearers were Linwood Mower, Haley Merrill, Floyd Hammond, Archie Parker, John Godsoe and Roy Wheeler, all of Dexter. Interment was in the Jackson Corner Cemetery, in Sangerville. She was a past member of the North Dexter Grange, and was affiliated with the First Free Baptist Church of Dexter. Besides her husband, she is survived by three sons, Wendell of Dexter, Roger of Lake City, Fla., and Keith of Youngstown, Ohio; a daughter, Mrs. Elizabeth Gregoire of Dover-Foxcroft; a half-sister, Mrs. Marion Harrington of Dexter; and six grandchildren.
