FREDERICK F. CLUKEY A Requiem High Mass was celebrated at St. Anne's Catholic Church at Dexter, Monday, at 9 a. m. for Frederick F. Clukey, 60, husband of Rosa (Mountain) Clukey, who died early Friday morning at the E. M. G. Hospital, Bangor, after a long illness. The Rev. J. P. Sevigny officiated. Bearers were: John Clark of Silver Spring, Md., Everett Sands of Leicester, Mass., Edmund Landry, Merle Sands Clifford and Reginald Gilbert, all of Dexter The remains were placed in the receiving vault to await spring burial at Mt. Pleasant Cemetery, Dexter. Mr. Clukey was born at Dexter, May 1, 1900, the son of Edward and Jennie (Clukey) Clukey. He was a lifelong resident of Dexter, and had been employed as a weaver in the local woolen mills. He was a member of St. Anne's Catholic Church. Besides his widow, he is survived by three sons, Lloyd of Dexter, Louis of Hyattsville, Md., and Leonard of York; three daughters, Mrs. Viola Keyte, Mrs. Deanna Tarr, both of Dexter, and Mrs. Betty Smith of Silver Spring, Md., one brother, Francis Clukey and one sister, Mrs. Julia Sands, both of Dexter; 14 grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
