Obituary	ROSCOE E. MASON Roscoe E. Mason, 83, died Wednesday at a Dover-Foxcroft nursing home where he had been staying for the past three months. Funeral services will be held Saturday at 2 o'clock at Crosby Funeral Home, the Rev. E. King Hempel of the First Universalist Church, officiating. Spring burial will be at St. Albans. Friends may call at the funeral home Thursday and Friday afternoon and evening. He was born at Corinna May, 23, 1877, son of James and Adelaide (Ellis) Mason. He spent his early life in Corinna, and in 1927 moved too Dexter and entered the Fay and Scott Machine Shop. He remained there until 1958. He is survived by his widow, Gertrude, of Dexter; a brother, Charles of Florida; a daughter, Mrs. Aubrey Woodworth of Lynn, Mass; four step-sons, Lester Mason of Newport, Duane Mason of Dexter, Glen Mason of Pittsfield and Webber Mason of St. Albans.
